Boasting an excellent coastal location within a small development, next to the beautiful golden sandy beach of Thurlestone Sands with stunning sea views and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Spinnaker is a bright and airy, pet friendly, reverse level end terraced mews cottage, ideally situated for a beachside holiday as well as a superb base from which to explore the surrounding areas. Below the balcony is a large communal terrace surrounding the heated swimming pool (open from Spring Bank Holiday , closed from 3rd week of September) and separate shallow childrens pool, steps down to a further sun terrace and from there immediate and private access onto the sandy beach below. The South West Coastal Path which passes by the door provides beautiful walks to Hope Cove just a short distance away and Thurlestone Village in the opposite direction. The National Trust Nature Reserve is immediately to the rear of the cottage, and South Milton Ley Nature Reserve (designated a SSSI) a short walk away, both excellent for bird watching.
